A BLUE cow ice-cream, melting on the pavement just in front of St István’s Basilica, is the work of András Hajdu, Balázs Magashegyi, and Krisztián Imre, and is arguably the most arresting and creative beast among the herd of 54 cows grazing on Budapest’s streets during the CowParade.
